Welcome to DhanyaLife

The inspiration for DhanyaLife began with a simple observation: the growing health issues among people around me. As a child, I dreamt of becoming a doctor to help others heal, but life had other plans.

Dance became my anchor during the most challenging times of my life, bringing joy and strength when I needed it most. While teaching dance, I often received requests to teach yoga. At that time, I had to decline, feeling unprepared to guide others without the proper knowledge.

My corporate journey further deepened my understanding of life. While my job helped me pay the bills, I couldn't ignore the voice in my heart saying, "Don’t settle for this; you can do more!" The long hours and unhealthy side effects of the corporate world made me question what truly mattered.

Yoga entered my life at this crossroads. It gave me the clarity, purpose and happiness I had always sought. DhanyaLife was born from this realization—a commitment to helping others find their own paths to wellness and joy.
